• 10–13 nights: 5% discount.
• 14–31 nights: 10% discount.

• Final cleaning: €100.
• Security deposit: €250.
• Airport transfer: €50 per journey.
• Check-in between 10 pm and 8 am: €15 surcharge.

• Electricity: 80 kWh per week included; additional use €0.35 per kWh.
